Online Booking

We are proud to announce that we are officially using the Health Myself Patient Portal. You must register as a patient and become approved in order to use the online appointment system. Once you are registered in the online system, you can access your Health Myself Patient Portal here.

Online Booking Policies

You will only be authorized to book an appointment with your specific family doctor.

Only regular 10 minute appointments may be booked online. Complete physical examinations or appointments for longer sessions must be made by phone.

Any forms that you require filling by your doctor must be reported upon arrival and applicable charges will be implemented.

Only a portion of appointments will be made available online (initially), so if you cannot find a time that works for you, please call the office to see if there are alternative times that might work.
