Are you accepting new patients?

Currently, none of our doctors are accepting new patients.

What is same day booking and do all doctors in the clinic use this in their practice?

Yes, all physicians in the clinic use same day bookings in their practices. As part of their practice this is what it means: each day that these physicians work in the clinic, there will be some appointments that have been pre-booked for patients, and there will be some appointments that are held open until that morning (this means you have to phone in the morning your family physician is working to book a same day appointment.) 

You are still encouraged to pre-book with your family practitioner.

Can I renew my prescription over the phone?

Clinic policy is that patients need to book an appointment to renew their prescriptions. Patients can check with their Pharmacy, as some prescriptions can be renewed for a period of time through your pharmacist.
